Description |
Small, clear glass bottle, flat body with mid sections slightly sunken. Cylindrical neck, panel sides applied flat band rim. On one side is embossed "AJ White" and on the opposite side is "Limited" . AJ White Limited was created in 1800 in New York by Andrew Judson White. The company mainly bottled and distributed Mother Seigel's curative syrup made by the Shaker Community in Mount Lebanon New York. The syrup was made from herbs, bark, roots and other botanicals and used to cure for dyspepsia, constipation and worms in children. |
