Description |
Large blue and white serving platter decorated with chinoiserie motif popularly used in Europe in the 18th century. This piece was recovered by archaeologist R. Duncan Mathewson between 1972 and 1974 through excavation of the Old King's House site, the former residence of British Governors up to 1872. |
