Description |
Oblong shaped metal case that has a slight inward curve at the four corners. Within metal case is a wooden holder with bristles attached. Linear design on body, with double ring circle design on center back. On one side of brush registration number "EG. "758948" is engraved and the other side features the maker's mark. Clothes brush is a part of a set of three with a handheld mirror and hairbrush. On the back of the brush is printed an anchor that represents the city of Birmingham, England where it was made, a L that represents 20th century, a Lion indicates the frame is made from sterling silver and the A is the maker's mark for Adie Brothers Ltd, silversmiths. |
