Description |
Small cream coloured saucer with embossed floral designs around the rim. The center of the object has an image of a topless male figure with a rod and sack over shoulder and a container in his hand, surrounded by colourful scenery. Writting is above the image and it states: " Me take me rodd da carie piece, de nigga der. An all come behind me, get de fum fum;" and writting is also below the image that states " wid me centung da me back, chacolata de ma pan; Me da mash putto putto, me da tink pon Quacco Sam, wid me." This saucer was manufactured in England for the "Fancy Warehouse" a shop owned by Rebecca Brandon a Jewish business woman. |
